A big shout out to my good friend Erin who totally saved my sanity with this "Bedtime Routine" idea...totally Super Nanny style and we are LOVING it! Here is a pic to show you what we did...totally simple...totally inexpensive. You just lay out the routine...very specific about time...talk it up with the kiddos...stick to it and VOILA happy kiddos because they are sleeping well in their OWN beds and happy mommy and daddy with not little feet in their faces (as cute as they are) feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions! :)
