Today I turn 32...its strange because I forget to age myself. I feel like I am still 17 and when I recognize people out in the community I feel like I should be bumping in to them on Campus or in  my high school hallway. Am I the only one that does this? Maybe because I am crazy like that ;)  But mostly, I just can't get over the amount of life and blessings I have experienced in 32 years. I feel so blessed today as I think about my life. It makes me want to weep because I am just so thankfulI started out my morning with a beautiful phone call and conversation with my (almost) 89 year old grandmother. I adore her...such a great way to start my morning!

I already shared this picture but I spent a wonderful day with my mom last week. She always spoils me for my birthday! I love our holiday mart tradition!

A dear friend was on my doorstep at 8:00 this morning with a "Sarah Needs a Time out Basket" yes it is filled with wine, wine glass, wine coozie and yep...thats right...Magic Mike!

My precious sister spoiled me with Starbucks and a totally awesome personalized card...really the picture inside made me cry!

My hubby flew home with adorable cowgirl boots he picked out for me all by himself! I go on and on about him pretty often but really....I love my man! He knows me SO well! He also got me an Iphone...I have been dragging my feet...but I must say FaceTime?? Being able to see my traveling hubby anytime I want?? Yes Please!! :)

Speaking of my man...a birthday party hangover picture taken by Mal...and no it wasn't from drinking it was from 2 year old football party overload ;)

We celebrated with our munchkins at Red Robin! (and don't you worry we checked with the hostess to make sure the "bird" wasn't there that day...y'all know Whit wouldn't walk past the doorway until we got the all clear....)

But really the most special thing about today is moments like this...early morning jammie snuggles with my precious kinder girl...and a half dressed Bentley in the background playing with a barbie... spending my days with the kiddos...moments I cherish now and forever.

I am so thankful for all the spoiling...it makes me feel so loved. But even if all I received today as I begin my 32nd year on this earth was the love of my family and friends through hugs and words I would still be the most blessed, mama, wife, daughter, sister and friend. Thank you for all the love. I return it 100 times and I thank Jesus for each and everyone one of you.

Blessed are the people to whom such blessings fall! Blessed are the people whose God is the LORD!
Psalm 33:12

Yesterday we celebrated our little man. My best buddy, little sidekick, run me ragged, crazy, wild, love of my life, Bentley! He was born 2 years ago yesterday and we celebrated him in true Bentley fashion...all things football! Our little man was surrounded by people that love him and that truly melts my heart. Seeing Bentley so loved is just too much! Really, we are so blessed by our family and friends that I just can't put it into words. Family by birth, lifelong friends, college friends, no matter how they came to be family each one has a very special place in my heart and Bentley is so blessed to be loved by them. Thank you!

I had originally began planning a circus themed party and Scotty said...he doesn't even like the circus...Bentley what party do you want? And of course with no help at all from Scott ;) he said "FOOTBALL" and there you have it...a football themed party was born.

I so wanted a pic of all 3 of them in their football outfits...this is the best I could get...I am going to have to attempt another photo shoot with these outfits ;) I just love them!! :) Whitney would prefer a football free dress with "a touch of glitter" haha! :)

This is a picture of Uncle Adam tossing Bentley up the slide into the bounce house! He and Leo couldn't get enough of it...I bet Adam's arms are sore today! ;) He is such an awesome uncle!!

Kiddos hard at work on their sport bead necklaces and ther #1 fan hands! :)

Sweet Maddie! She says "Go Bentley!" :)

Cutie pie Charlie cheering for Bentley's Birthday! :)

Sweet Kinley! ( I hope this is Kinley, Val?)

Sweet Emery...B is going to have a hard time deciding which girl to marry! ;)

I never managed to get all the kids in one shot but here is a portion of them! I love the smile on Bentley's face! He was loving his special day! :)

Bentley and Jenna Bean...she is the best "big sister" to all 3 of our kiddos!! Most of you have heard me talk about her on here but I started babysitting for her family before she was born and she was the flower girl in our wedding!! :)

Mimi (my mom) and my nephew Oscar!! :)

My nephew Leo of course!! Bentley's best friend and little man that stole my heart the day he was born!!! xoxox

Bentley jammin' on his new guitar from our dear friends the Adams!!

Leo giving Bentley a lift in B's new tractor trailer! :) Don't be concerned Grandpa Lee..we know the sticker says no kids in the back but it was bound to happen ;)

Dear Bentley,
I love you so much my precious boy! You make me smile, laugh out loud, and totally crazy all at the same time. You are full of energy, smiles, laughters, and an occasional tanturm. ;) I am thankful for every moment good, bad and inbetween. You are a gift from God and I thank him every single day that you are my son. You are a piece of my heart that I didn't even know was missing until you were placed in my arms. Your dimples melt me, your hugs warm me, your kisses are just joyful, your laugh is contagious, your energy is endless and there is nothing in this world I would trade for one minute of the last 2 years. I am so thankful to be your mommy and can't wait to see what each new day brings. You are loved unconditionally always and forever. I am your biggest fan. I love you my little man. xoxoxo

I talk about my family a lot on this blog...I mean this is a family blog ;) But often times I am talking about my husband and my children. I don't talk as often as I should about my mom, my dad, my sisters. I have the best birth family. I am truly blessed by the family I was born into. I am close with all of my family members and we are close as a family unit. We love each other unconditionally, support each other in everything, and most importantly have SO much fun together. My mom and I are dear friends. We have always been close but now that I am an adult and a mother we are able to just be dear friends. It is amazing. Such a true blessing in my life. One of our fun traditions that I LOVE is going to Holiday mart together every year. It always falls near my birthday and mom buys the tickets and does some birthday shopping for me. We go to lunch and just enjoy the day. I love it so much! I love the time with my mom, I love the atmosphere,  I love the Texas shopping, I love the Christmas music, I love the food samples. I love all of it! But I must say again, I LOVE spending the day with my mom for my birthday. It is so special to me! I got this picture of us from the Kansas City Mingle website. It makes my heart so happy! If you stop by to visit you will see this sitting out in a frame! :)

In honor of my precious little man's birthday...I thought I would share some of the "fun" things he has been up to lately! I have started calling these "incidents" The Adventures of Bentley...

He can now turn on the water by standing on the toilet...

Carry the kitchen chairs anywhere he wants to reach whatever he wants...

Exhibit B of the chair/climbing...proudly holding his sisters candy necklace...

Ate a blue marker and dressed himself in the girls panties...

Painted a cabinet....

Exhibit C of the chair/climbing...

sneaking oreos and playing dress up...

and my favorite antics from lately...got a waffle maker out of a childproof cabinet, waffle mix off a tall shelf, poured the mix, added water, stirred, and yelled "WAFFLE"

Oh sweet Bentley! I love you SO much and I am so thankful for every single moment of the last 2 years. You melt my heart and make it grow every single day! My favorite moments are ones like these...

Psalms 100:5   For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations

Friday the girls were out of school and they were SO pumped to have over some friends from their classes for a play date! We had already picked up the bounce house for Bentley's party so they were ready to get jumping!! We are so blessed with our school and the girls friends. Not only do the girls have such sweet friends but I love all their moms! Best of both worlds!!

We made pizzas!

Created some fabulous glow in the dark jewelry!

Had a blast playing school and making a huge mess in the playroom ;) Bigger the mess the more fun, right!? ha! :)

They jumped themselves silly!! :)

And of course what playdate would be complete without sugar!! Halloween cupcakes and icing of course!! :)

Or in Olivia's case...just icing ;)

Thank you sweet mama friends for sharing your precious girls with us!! They are so much fun! :)
