As I snuggle up with a cup of coffee on this freezing cold snow day it dawned on me how long it has been since I have written on here. I use this blog for my family. Every year I make a hard back book of all my entries and pictures. They are my kids absolute favorite! They love not only seeing all the pictures but they love reading my thoughts, feelings, and stories behind the photos. I need to make it a priority to write on here more often. I want my babies to be able to look back and remember all the fun we had as they were growing up! To start my catching up I am just going to a little photo summary of what we have been up to!

We have had lots of play dates with friends! This was Monkey Bizness with the Williams!

Many school lunch dates! :) This day was also Crazy Hair Day!

Lots of snuggles and loving weekends daddy is home!!

That is a quick recap mostly in pictures...I have so much for I want to get down in writing and pictures I want to share. They just cancelled school for the 2nd day in a row for snow...hubby is home and we are snowed in and loving....thinking this may be just the time to get all caught up! :)

Psalm 69:30 (NAS) I will praise the name of God with song, And shall magnify Him with thanksgiving

Snow day, snow day, we love you snow day!! Yesterday 14 inches of snow fell at our house!! We are on day 2 of schools being closed. Scotty saw the bad weather predictions and caught an early flight home. We are all 5 snowed in together and LOVING it!! The kids are in and out....wet clothes into the dryer....hot chocolate with extra marshmallows waiting for them...fire in the fire place...family movies...family games...I LOVE it!! It reminds me so much of my childhood snow days. Such great times, building such great memories! I like to think snow days are Jesus' way of saying...I love you...enjoy the break...enjoy each other...I am with you.

My precious Whitney Grace,
I had SO much fun celebrating you on you 6th birthday!!! This year it fell on a Saturday! So, we had your party the same day! It was truly an entire day all about my girl!!

Your party was at Leaping Lizards! Here you are all ready to go! You chose a Hello Kitty theme this year and you picked this outfit out all by yourself on a trip to Macy's! You skip when you wear it!

Here you are with big sis Mal! She insisted on wearing her tee shirt that says "My sister is my bff"  Melt my heart! Y'all love each other so much!

Here are the Hello Kitty cookies you requested! So stinking cute and delicious too!

You were so excited about all your friends at the party! Such a fun group!
